  • For Issues with Your Dress: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if there are any problems.
  • Try-On Policy: We do not support ordering multiple dresses for try-on and returning the rest.
  • Small Issues: If there's a minor issue with the dress, we recommend keeping or donating it. We can offer a partial refund.
  • Returns: If you must return the dress, contact customer support within 48 hours. You’ll need to pay return shipping fees. Once we receive the dress, we will process your refund (note: shipping fees, rush order fees, and a 15% restocking fee are non-refundable).
  • Attention: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • Condition of Returns: We cannot accept returns for worn or damaged items. Returns are not accepted if the dress is in good condition but you simply change your mind.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours due to the production process. A $80 fee will apply if canceled after this period. For complex dresses, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
  • INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: Due to high shipping costs and transit difficulties, international packages cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.
  • REFUND POLICY: Refunds are not available after 14 days of receipt. If you have a problem with your dress, please contact customer service immediately.
  • Processing Time: Returns and refunds are processed within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
